1. Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., downloadable music tracks), all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and the digital content is delivered, refunds cannot be issued.

Refunds for digital products may be considered under the following circumstances:

• The file you purchased is corrupted or inaccessible.
